Further information after applying the suggested changes:
After inserting "sudo apt-get install -f" an error message was returned as:
/var/cache/apt/archives/linux-image-3.19.0-84-generic_3.19.0-84.92 i386.deb
I then applied the second command of: "sudo apt-get clean". No error message.
I then ent
you again for your suggestions. I will let you know the outcome.

This was a distro provided on a magazine. A few years ago. I am trying to start
using Linux but had to put this machine away for some time. Now I have come
back to it to find this error. I have attempted to obtain updates and upgrades
to no avail. I may try a different vers
strangely, i'm having the same problem, but perhaps it's just how the
client parses the files for transportation to the ubuntu one servers
i'm gonna wait a bit longer and fiddle with it myself, we'll see how it
