Sorry for the late followup. Here's a copy of my usb-devices for
Vendor=0489 ProdID=e04e. As I mentioned, I've got this device working by
blacklisting the ID with btusb, and adding it to ath3k.

The 0489:e04e usb ID is another ath3k bluetooth device. My Acer Aspire
V5-171, which has the AR9462, has this device ID for it's bluetooth
module.
Unfortunately, by default, the kernel maps this device to the btusb
driver which doesn't work properly. I did get the device to work
sucessfu
I think this is a gnome problem as well, not just nvidia. I have this
same problem using an X config with an Intel display on :0.0 and a
sisusb on display :0.1. This configuration worked fine in Intrepid, but
since upgrading to Jaunty, gnome applications no longer open from the
launcher on the :0.1
I'm running 0.9.4-1ubuntu3 but the full screen controls still do not
appear, even though they're enabled. (As this was part of the original
bug report, I wasn't sure if this bug should be marked fixed).

drawing area (page) is sized to be smaller than the xournal application
window. If I resize the application window to be smaller than or the
same size as the page, then xournal works correctly. Also, resizing the
