I committed a fix for this upstream - the scrollbars now adapt their sizes as a consequence of changing the zoom. The latest version, rev 119 see for example http://code.google.com/p/pybootchartgui/source/detail?r=119, contains the fix. -- slider does not scale along when zooming in https://bugs.
