f-spot (0.8.0) will start and show the import window asking me to select an
import source (directory or camera). When I select my camera, f-spot

I love RawTherapee, too, and I'm very happy that it is under GPL at
last. Since it is the only free RAW converter with a reasonable user
interface, it should definitely be packaged for Ubuntu!
