[Upstream] Impress PPT export does not preserve hyperlinks

hyperlinks are gone when opening from a PPT file or also a PPTX file.
Three different types of hyperlink all get stripped (a URL detected and
automatically created as a hyperlink. An inserted hyperlink with target
set to an external URL,
sorry.
The news from me is that I installed the linked ~gwibber-team PPA, and that
fixed it for me (as well as giving me nice new features)
I don't know whether this issue can still crop up, or is still troubling users
running the normal version.
