I have seen Gaël's post and the fix seems to be as easy as adding the
4.18.6 version to the default repositories, so synaptic (or aptitude, or
whatever you use) can update xfce4-panel.
May I respectfully ask why this hasn't happened yet?
Me (and i am sure thousands of other xubuntu users) doesn't
