Hi,
When I browse webp folders and open some webp pictures, gthumb start to
consume a lot of ram each time I open a picture, till freeze the OS for
complete.
I been using as webp browser since is the only ubuntu app that works
with webP, but after viewing lets say... 20pics.
I confirm the GVFS issue with SMB shares.

Exactly, if I force with vgaswitcheroo to DIScrete (radeon), display goes off.
I think, since it is a muxless system, Radeon GPU have no populated display
port. Only works as gpu coprocessor.

I think this muxless config is like a rendering coprocesor with no pin
to external display. Radeon coprocess data and use DMA to Intel FB to
connect to display. Something new for me.

Beside that, I added DRI_PRIME=1 variable to /etc/enviroment to make it

Even with that variable, latest kernel+mesa+, Bricscad fail to inicialize in 3D

I found that my notebook HP G62 is a Muxless GPU system, with an IGP
i915 + DIS Radeon 54xx.
The way I can run an app in accelerated mode is with "DRI_PRIME=1
glxgears"
But I cannot enable it by default.
Also an important app for me fail to start with this silly message:
"intel_do_flush_locked f
Happens to me, every time I launch bricscad in 3D mode

I have black screen after echo DIS to vgaswitcheroo.

Hi, I have the same problem. Two display detected on a HP G62 notebook.
Hybrid VGA configuration enable both gpu. When enable HDMI, a third monitor

Me too. Im tired of propietary drivers.
INTEL GPU works much much better in Linux, I promise myself the next gpu will
be Intel. This nightmare Im having should come to an end.
Every time I resize or move something, lubuntu restart to login screen
and lost all changes in Kicad. Damn.

In Natty (boot the iso from pendrive and install cheese) work "good", even in
higher resolutions. (2.6.38)
In Oneric (installed in 3 PC, 2 atoms & 1amd) with kernels from 2.6.38 to 3.1
