if i run
csv2 -d\| < csv2-testcase.txt | less
the first line of the input file is processed correctly, and the second seems
to be also, but then the next several lines, "raw", are appended to the end.
here is a dump of the first 100 lines of output:

if i install libnss-mdns (via avahi-daemon via cups, say), then
*deinstall* it, then *reinstall* it, /etc/nsswitch.conf's host: line
doesn't get the mdns entry added (back). (or, so it appears to me.)
i'm guessing that on the second add, libnss-mdns.postinst is being
called
