I have the same bug. On iMac with Ubuntu Lucid and last Rhytmbox version. Rhytmbox manage to read my iPhone 3G but no the iPod Shuffle 3g. Neither gtkpod manages to read it; but with nautils it's possible open files and directory inside the iPod absolutely without any problem. How can I help you?
