I just upgraded from Feisty to Gutsy using the normal procedure (Update
Manager).
After boot into the 2.6.22-14-generic kernel I have network access most of the
time, but after a while networking stops working.
The key problem seems to be that the eth0 interface drops packet

the update still failed.
In fact, I may actually have upgraded from Dapper to Edgy by simply
substituting Dapper for Edgy in sources.list. I can remember having done that
