Hi,
In my opinion they are the same bug: same problem, same laptop and same
docking station (since there's only one with the advertised features).
But you are the one dealing with the bugs, so I'll do as you prefer. On

Hi,
I did a clean installation of 12.04 a few days ago on my T400. When the
BIOS is on "Switchable graphics" mode, the intel chip only recognized
the VGA output. Switching to "Discrete graphics" solves this problem,

This bug is also reproducible on my ibook: The /etc/init.d/powernowd
script exits gracefully thinking that the ondemand govenrnor has been
loaded when it actually failed.
I "fixed" the script by not checking the ondemand stuff and just running
powernowd.

full bar when the volume is 100%, but any other volume level is shown in
the applet with an empty progress bar. Brightness applet works fine.
I'm upgrading now to Intrepid, I'll post the results today or tomorrow.

Public bug reported:
I'm running a clean gutsy/powerpc on an iBook G4 1.2GHz.
The volume widget managed by pbbuttonsd is not showing the volume lever
after the first press of any volume key. Eventually, after pressing some
times the volume keys, it shows the volume level without problems. I
