As explained in that issue, and in an Ubuntu question https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tidy/+question/276623 the https://github.com/htacg/tidy-html5 is not a fork. It is canonical for HTML Tidy as of 2015-January-15... first release: https://github.com/htacg/tidy-html5/releases/tag/
