Towards the end it fails to install the bootloader (assuming grub2) to
disk /dev/sda. My boot disk is /dev/sdd which I select from the dropdown
and press the button to install but the installer crashes.
Selecting skip option also crashes.

I've been getting boot up problems since 3.2.0-43 kernel update and
unable to boot from the latest kernel since.
