Installed Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit (also Linux Mint and other Ubuntu 16.04
based distros) on my Dell Inspiron AMD A10-8700P Radeon R6.
The touchpad sort-of works for a few seconds (pointer moves but cliking
fails) and after a while it hangs completely. The USB mouse works wit

this issue.

I recently installed `qbittorrent` from the Ubuntu `Software Center` and
when I try to run it I get the error:
qbittorrent: error while loading shared libraries: libtorrent-
rasterbar.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
