There have been patches provided for testing and the latest master
already has the changes in there.
For some reason the remote bug watcher for samba seems to be broken
aswell, I'm seeing "Launchpad couldn't connect to Samba Bugzilla."
above.

After updating my AD-DC to samba 4.13 I am unable to print from normal
user accounts (Windows is logging "Win32 error code returned by the
print processor: 50. The request is not supported."). Also the Log is
full with entries like this:

In OpenSSL 1.1.0 several ciphers were simply removed. They can be re-
enabled by using "enable-weak-ssl-ciphers" option when building. This
should be done to increase compatibility.
