If the information revealed in the image is insufficient then there is
also a bug in the reporting mechanism. It contains exactly the
information given to me. There is no further information. Not to be
obtuse, but did you open the image and read it ?

The machine that this happened on became incapable of copy/paste, not to
mention the browser would not open ! I took a photo of the bug report.
