Public bug reported:
When using Gnome-Network-Displays on a laptop with an Intel Wireless AC
9462/9560 card, wpasupplicant crashes. This reproducible bug can be
fixed with this patch:

Just a small contribution from my side: the bug is not fixed despite all
the latest updates. I'm having a Quadro K5200 with proprietary drivers
v440.100 on Ubuntu 20.04 and both fractional scaling (on one monitor)
and normal/fractional scaling on multiple monitors with different
scaling are broken.
Sorry to bother, but does "fix released" mean, after updating my ubuntu
20.04 the touchpad should work? Or do I still have to install a patched
Kernel?

Probably, this bug is due to my customized image. I customized this
image with cubic. So, I am sorry if this is not really a bug. Anyway I
can solve this problem with connecting the computer to the internet when
installing ubuntu.

Hi, when will the next cycle be?
For sound problems :
In /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf change "options snd-hda-intel model=auto" by
"options snd-hda-intel model=generic" seems to reactivate the sound on the
computer (this does not work for headphones, on Dell Inspiron 5379)
A quick fix, it all
I can't reproduce this in the latest version of Rosegarden. I tried
with and without "Start JACK automatically".
It's very likely this was fixed around the time the "Start JACK
automatically" preference was added.
It's likely that this bug can be closed.

Rosegarden no longer requires kdialog. This bug can likely be closed.

Just retested this with 11.06 which is the oldest I have handy, and it's
no longer an issue. Also with latest svn as of today, no problem.
Recommend closing.

At some point we added an option to Rosegarden to stop it from launching
JACK. Go to Edit > Preferences... > Audio > General tab > Start JACK
Automatically. If you uncheck this, JACK will not be started by
Rosegarden. This bug can likely be closed.
