Mouse get stuck as grabbing a file and then hovering it above the "Places"
shortcuts.

Binary package hint: nautilus
How to reproduce this bug:
1. "Grab" a file with the cursor, then try to move this file and, as you're
moving, hover it above the "Places" shortcuts.
2. The cursor gets stuck as the message drag-n-drop cursor and you can't click
on other window
Nautilus have an similar bug. When moving some files, when my mouse get
over the 'Places' shortcuts, it will try to move to '/' and then my
mouse get stuck for a while.
