gnome was not able to access $HOME/.dbus
That folder had wrong "root" owner.
I have removed it and reboot. Now the folder has correctly been created with

My Acer 3810T does not shut down/restart/close session from GUI, with kernel
2.6.32-20 (64bit).
In order to switch off the laptop I need to open a terminal and type 'sudo
poweroff'.

I had the same experience and I have found that enabling the ppa for
kdenlive stable will conflit with openshot ppa and openshot won't run,
printing that error.
I have remove kdenlive, autoremoved that packages, and removed the ppa.
Then added openshot ppa and installed it.
Now it is running fine
Definitely not a Baobab issue.

meaning for filesystem the sum of every partition mounted in that moment
on the system.
