[Bug 890679] [NEW] unnecessary dependency to wine 1.2

Public bug reported: Affected Version: 0.4.10-1ubuntu3 for Ubuntu 11.10 The debian file requires wine to be exactly version 1.2. This forces users who really want to use wine not only for lmms to downgrade for no reason. I changed this to 'equal or higher' in the source package and had no problem
