Can we at least get a documentation fix on this 5 year old bug? The
ssh_config and sshd_config man pages, as well as the comments in those
configuration files specifically call out that the LANG and LC_*
environment variables are configured to be passed from client to server,
and they are so confi

permissions to run. A preferable option would be to add sensitivity
controls to the trackpoint module for the gpointing-device-settings
applet which is already packaged in universe.

This happens to me as well. In addition, mplayer will show subtitles by
default, which it should not do, so presumably the bug is in some
underlying codec library. However, in mplayer I can turn them off by
hitting 'v'.

language .AVIs (ripped from DVD) play a random language. Closing totem
and re-opening the same file picks a new language. It is possible the
