can but the system I am on is no more the same as it was when the bug

The workshop layout is controlled by the default Desktop Pager Item.
They way it works is that it checks the size of the lxpanel and the icon
size, and sets the workshop layout accordingly. Thus the workshop layout
in Lubuntu, as long as no other pager is present, depends excl
I just found out that there was a language setting that worked for just
regional formats. Changed that and everything is good.

I am located in the Netherlands, however I choose as system language,
during installation, English. However when I hover on the "Digital
Clock" it reports the day of the week in Dutch ( maandag for Monday ),
and when I open the calendar the month and day-of-the-week abbreviati
