I am having suspend/resume problems rarely.
It usually works, but when I put my NB suspend mode after long hours of work
(with java [jboss + eclipse]) It does not go suspend. Just stays with black
screen. In the morning I find out it

When I have libdri.so in folder /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/ X window does
not show up.
When I move the file somewhere else system boots up with X window but compiz
and other stuff does not work.
Also facing many suspend / resume
