think this warning is harmless.
The ICSI initiator sends an ATA PASS THROUGH command to the server, the
server does not know what to do with and that's it.

in the meantime. for others running an Ubuntu 10.04.* domU with the
linux-image-ec2 kernel and getting no console, the proper way to fix
this is to add
console=hvc0 xencons=hvc0
in /boot/grub/menu.lst in the kop

I am reopening this bug.
An openvpn client running rc7-1ubuntu3.5 fails to connect to the server with
