I agree with Bremm and Luigi, in effect the problem come from the
prelink daemon, i solved the problem with remove prelink or other
solution is no prelink skype packages and works fine.

I think, the bug is in the ubuntu repository skype, why? if you unistall
the skype and install the .deb from oficial web page it works.
Sure, the problem is in the compilation for ubuntu. Try to donwload from
www.skype.com
