For me, i narrowed it down to wl module (broadcom BCM43225 wireless adapter). I did a clean install of ubuntu 12.10, then upgraded to kernel 3.5.0-21 and the only module that failed to load was wl. I replaced it with brcmsmap and now wireless is working again. Everything else seems working (video
