I am using Kubuntu 8.10 beta.
When entering lib in the search window of the adept_manager it hangs.
Adept manager version is: Version 3.0 Beta 4 (Sheldon) using KDE 4.1.2

I have exactly the same problem. I have Kubuntu kde 4.1.2 installed.
There is also another bug (#191804) which pointed me to a temporarily
solution (at least for me). TBug #191804 talks about Qt (last.fm). This
reminds that I updated amarok (which is also using (last.fm)) to the
latest beta. Duri
