As Harald said, it seems to be a driver bug, not KDM's: I am using
GNOME, and today, X crashed (and I couldn't make it restart, but this is
going to another bug report) and I found that error message
"xf86OpenConsole: VT_WAITACTIVE failed: Interrupted system call" in my
Xorg.20.log.

It seems to be gone now. I had this issue in Firefox 2.0 but not in
2.0.0.1. Though I'm not 100% sure when this was solved as it happened
randomly, but I'm quite sure I haven't seen it in 2.0.0.1.
Not the best help as I have a problem with my memory, but it's the best
I can do.
