I don't run pulse, and it's not fglrx (I have nvidia) This timing workaround has also cropped up for me. Don't know for how long, but i'm on 2.6.27-5-generic 64-bit, with a Core Duo p8400 (ich9) Could this be related to the "CE: hpet increasing min_delta_ns to 15000 nsec" (and on and on) issue?
