Public bug reported: When my eero router restarts, my PC/server's ethernet disconnect and reconnects. This softlocks the CPU and renders the server essentially "crashed", and requires power cycle to come back online 24.04 LTS (Noble Numbat) `Linux 6.8.0-38-generic #38-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC
