Crash means in this context: You couldn'nt print with CUPS on a network printer because the network printer couldn't be connected.I guess it is in both cases a problem with the interupts of the network adapters chipse, if you try to continue the default installation process of a printer using CUP

Printer configuration in Kbuntu allows to configure different printers as a local USB, seriell or parallel port printer as well as a serial Fax/ modemprinter. These options aren't available with the ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe. Other devices like USB-Sticks work perfekt. -- CUPS crashes on ASUS M2N-S
