Finally i found some kind of solution.
In terminal print: sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
And add this: blacklist usblp
Restart.

I have additional information. I have 2 different computers with install
ubuntu 12.04 on it. Both have samsung ML-1640 plugged in. Both have
identical bugs. On my home PC i solved problem with wireless router
Zyxel Keenetic. I plugged in printer in router`s build in print-server.
