I'm realy apologise, it's my mistake. I forget the folder, where
base.lst file locate (I modificated it too on Intrepid to make Diktor
layout work). And I thought that it is /etc/X11/xkb (because I was
warned about my changes in base.xml files in this folder during update

When Tab Mix Plus plugin is installed and enabled buttons on Web
Developer toolbar disappear and my customized main menu bar became
default. When Tab Mix Plus plugin is disabled or uninstalled all this
became ok.
