I'm experiencing a similar problem on a brand new dell xps 13 with
16.04LTS. Sometimes when typing the focus jumps to the bottom left
corner near the trash icon. I've also noticed it jumping to other parts
of the screen, but perhaps that's due to the sensitivity of the

This bug is ridiculous. Please give us the option to reduce the size. I
switched to Pidgin now but this also seems to have issues on 13.04.
Why the hell did this need to change? It was OK in 12.04 sigh.
