After installing Ubuntu 18.04, while the destination PC has internet
access, the installation results in an unbootable state where you cannot
get passed the GRUB minimal BASH-like interface. This occurs whether a
"normal" or "minimal" install is selected, "download updates" or

Awesome Jason, thank you for such a quick update. The 1.7.0 package you
provided in your repo seems to be working well. While I haven't tested
it extensively, it's loaded file and I can access the port.
