Same problem here. Appears to be an issue when Shockwave Flash 10.0.0
d525 and http://www.facebook.com/swf/SoundPlayer.swf come into contact
with each other, because the following two independent actions fix the
problem for me:
1. Reverting back to Flash 9.0 r124
OR
2. Staying with Flash 10.0.0

I've actually run into this problem when converting postscript to svg using the
plot-svg format option in version 3.44. I built some packages of the late
Public bug reported:
Using hugin-0.6.1-0ubuntu2 and autopano-sift 2.4.0ubuntu5.
When using hugin, if I click "create ctrl points" in the images tab, it
tries to execute "autopanog.exe" and fails with error -127. If I make a
symlink like this:
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/autopanog /usr/bin/autopanog.exe
