years ago, but as I recall what I eventually ended up doing was
downloading the Brother drivers directly from the Brother website and I
was able to get those to work. The problem had something to do with an

For me Rhythmbox segfaults immediately on startup when an Audio CD is
inserted and winbind is installed. When winbind is removed, everything

Yes, the "workaround" imackee describes is the only way I have found to
copy database tables without crashing Base. It is clumsy, to say the
least. This is a bad bug.

I can confirm this bug. OO Base 2.4.1 is crashing whenever I try to copy
and paste a table from one database to another. It crashes even if the
tables are of identical structure and I'm just trying to "Append Data"

I can confirm this bug in Brasero 0.6.1 with Ubuntu Gutsy. I'm getting
the same results as others. Can't burn anything with Brasero. Other
burning software works fine.

I'm having the same problem with Brasero 0.6.1 and Ubuntu Gutsy. I put
in a blank CD-R and when I start the burn process it complains that
there is no room on the disc and ejects it. The disc is blank, of
course, so there is plenty of room. It seems that I am able to burn the
same disc with nautilu

This bug is a deal-breaker for me. I do not plan to upgrade to Hardy
until this is fixed. With every release since 5.10 I've had various
troubles with Nautilus browsing and/or mounting samba network shares.
I've found workarounds in the past, but I was hoping this stuff would
all be coming together
I have the same problem from time to time. Firefox crashes when I try to
bookmark a page. I cannot determine what I am doing differently when it
happens. I'm on Firefox 2.0.0.11 and Ubuntu 6.10.

I apologize that I didn't get back to you on this in a timely fashion. I wasn't
using 7.04 when you asked, so it was harder for me to check it. I've had
trouble nailing this bug down because once in awhile it will not show itself. I
can't figure out exactly what sequence of events makes it happ

Do File/Page Preview. Then print the page preview using the "print page
view" button on the toolbar. The page will print but the "print page
view" button will no longer be enabled for subsequent printing unless
you close the preview and reopen it.
