I am messing around with some fake 64GB microSD flash. It looks like
there is 8GB of usable disk, so I made an 8GB partition and formatted it
ext4. But after running "e2fsck -cck" on it several times, each time I
write an 8G file of text, the end of it is all nulls. It seems like
there are holes
Public bug reported:
Making a new ext4 fs on a flaky 64G flash using read-write badblock
detection fails, UBUNTU 14.04 LTS with all updates:
dgp@dgp-p6803w:~
$ sudo mkfs.ext4 -v -cc -L Second64G /dev/sdd
mke2fs 1.42.9 (4-Feb-2014)
/dev/sdd is entire device, not just one partition!
Proceed anyway?

Probably this needs to move from Firefox to the Ubuntu X-Windows area.
Since the update this AM, my standard latest patch level Ubuntu has a

I discovered a handful of lost bookmarks sorted to the bottom. This is

At a high level view, it is still a bug. Activity on other tabs should
not affect a tab. Presenting a menu from ouse action that cannot be
navigated by that mouse is just cruel and silly.
I suppose that in place of displaying a menu you cannot navigate, it
could context-switch you to the windowa
