Heaptrack on Ubuntu Asahi produces corrupt data files

SUMMARY
When analyzing a profile in Ubuntu Asahi (Ubuntu on a 13" M2 MacBook Air), it
always says "Trace recursion detected - corrupt data file?" and all allocations
are reported under " in ", even though the binary was
compiled with `-g` and wasn't stripped. It does record
I just wanted to confirm dhd's fix worked for me as well. I added the
appropriate model number (2884) to line 35 and now suspend works
correctly.

Here are my relevant lines from dmesg during a suspend/resume:

I can confirm this bug on a fresh install of Hardy on another Thinkpad
X31. I have also noticed that when gnome-power-manager turns off the
display when running on battery the backlight remains on. Not sure if
this is related.
