Apparently SAP stands for SIM Access Profile, to disable it I tried adding
--noplugin=sap to the end of theExecStart=/usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd
line in/usr/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service.
That didn't solve it.
