The version shipped with 24.04 did not have this problem.
So a work around, if you are live booting off USB (as I was), is to use a 24.04
image for this.

I did just figure out that it locks up many seconds before the "unknown
main item tag 0x0" shows up in the log. That may be an artifact of the
error recovery and not indicating the original problem.

I'm seeing this as well in 18.10 with an Apple MagicTouch 1 bluetooth connected
to an Asus laptop.
It disconnects every few minutes of use and then reconnects after about 30sec.

I was able to work around this in the short term.
This package is really just a script that downloads the file, checks it,
and installs it using the virtualbox extension manager. The check is
failing, but you can manually do steps 1 and 3.
List the package scripts for details. It shows the file
I think this may actually be an Oracle bug. The setup is clearly
installing a 5.0.24 file and getting 5.1 contents.

I did do all the upgrades in sequence over the years. This is the first
time I've really tried to use the innodb based stuff (mythweb and
mythweather), so it could have gotten messed up anywhere along the way.

First: I'm not a mysql admin (and may be missing something obvious).
mythtv does work, but mythweb does not. All sql configuration is the
default. The system has been upgraded to 11.04 from the original 9.04
install.

Still not working. Here is what I did:

In 10.10, I could not get the userspace driver (atilibusb) working, but
lirc_atiusb from lirc-modules-source worked fine with a Snapstream
Firefly (also called "ATI/NVidia/X10 RF Remote"). atilibusb no longer
works in 11.04.
