I can confirm this. VMWare host is 7.04 Kubuntu, VMWare guests are various

This bug also happened to me after a dist upgrade of feisty (to kernel
2.6.20-10) and reboot. This was the first time I had rebooted after installing
and using basket, so it is possible the dist-upgrade had nothing to do with
it...
