yes sorry about that, I thought that launchpad was only for ubuntu

poppler-qt4.h includes in libpoppler-qt4-dev needs the file
poppler-page-transition.h which is in libpoppler-qt-dev.
But installing libpoppler-qt4-dev doesn't install libpoppler-qt-dev. So either
there is a missing dependency or a missing header.
