The package libreoffice has been dependant on default-jre (e.g. through libreoffice-base) and not any specific openjdk version. default-jre, for 12.10 and more recent, now depends on openjdk-7-jre (unsure as of when), so this issue should be resolved, although it was not a libreoffice issue to b
