I found that if I preload /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libqt5keychain.so kmail
starts:
LD_PRELOAD=/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libqt5keychain.so kmail
It seems that kmail isn't linked correctly to search for the shared
library.

I upgraded from 22.04 to 24.04 and now kmail does not start anymore:

It seems that something went broken on building packages.

Still valid in akonadi 21.12.3 on Kubuntu 22.04.
I think akonadi should automatically handle this problem.

I have crashes of kmail when displaying mails (e.g. GMX info mail).
After some research I found that it is related to the qtwebengine when
using nouveau driver.
The reason is, that Qt WebEngine uses multi-threaded OpenGL, which nouveau does
not support.

After upgraded from xenial to bionic (kernel 4.15.0-20) systemd-udevd
runs with high cpu load in 2 instances (50%, 15%) on Dell Precision
M6500 when wlan switch will be enabled.
