firefox lost window decoration at 00:57 CST on my computer's clock, and
here is what was shown:

I have noticed that this bug is triggered when a hyperlink from some
other program is clicked (like instant messenger, etc) and launches in
firefox. This external link loading always causes firefox to loose its
compiz window decoration.
