Colin,
Here is what I have tried since last report:
Installed a new CD ROM drive
Installed a NEW Hard Drive
Disabled Cashes in the BIOS
Check the memory
Removed all USB devises
Nothing has worked!
When I disabled all the cashes in the BIOS it got to 43%.
The MB is a Shuttle AK39N with an AMD Ath
