Yes, this is malformed MIME. Thunderbird should be able to handle it. It
does not, so it's a bug.

It is not correct that this is only for "Windows XP". In my case, it is
Linux. So this bug likely affects all platforms. I couldn't fiugure out
how to add Linux as an affected platform for this bug.

The work-around with an add-on mentioned here is not compatible with TB 68.
Can someone with the power to do so please set a prority for this bug? It has
