CouchDB 0.10.1 has been superseded by 0.10.2, and more recently by 0.11.
0.10.2 (thus 0.11) fixes a security vulnerability, thus it's desirable to have
it ASAP.
0.11 has a few bugs already identified, maybe it would be better to hold off
this one until 0.11.1 and deliver 0.10.2 for now?
