Had to reboot for unrelated reason -- and upon entering desktop -- it
asked me for my exchange server credentials -- and oiula! my exchange
account is enabled and working.

I can confirm -- fresh install of evolution and ews addon -- everything
looks great through the add-account wizard -- it finds the correct urls,
and even fetched my global address book (office 365 account). After
finishing wizard, message is displayed stating that the account was
successfully adde

The summary says it all -- I've changed the shortcuts, reset defaults,
used CCSM to configure shortcuts -- Unity Tweak, Ubuntu Tweak, et al --
